Terms of Service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Quivy is operated by Interactive Hub SAS (Uruguay). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and Quivy is fitness guidance, not medical advice.

1. Who we are

Quivy ("Quivy", "we", "us") is a fitness app and website at quivy.fit, operated by Interactive Hub SAS, a company registered in Uruguay. By using the website or the Quivy app, or by buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Quivy.

2. Who can use Quivy

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a subscription.

3. Health and safety

Quivy provides general fitness guidance for home vibration plates. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise program, and in particular before using a vibration plate if you are pregnant or recently gave birth, have a pacemaker or another implant, have had surgery recently, have a joint replacement, or have any medical condition you're unsure about.

The coach shown in Quivy's videos is an AI-generated character. Moves are reviewed by a certified trainer, but every body is different: adjust or skip any move that doesn't feel right for you.

4. Subscriptions and free trial

5. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Your account

You sign in to the Quivy app with the email you used to subscribe. Keep access to that email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Your subscription is for your personal use and can't be shared or resold.

7. Acceptable use

Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute Quivy's content, videos or software, and don't use Quivy in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

8. Content and intellectual property

All Quivy content, including workout plans, videos, text, design and the Quivy name and logo, belongs to Interactive Hub SAS or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it while your subscription is active.

9. Changes to Quivy and to these Terms

We may update the app, its content and these Terms. If we make a material change to these Terms, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email. Continuing to use Quivy after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Quivy is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we don't promise any specific fitness result, and Interactive Hub SAS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injuries arising from use of a vibration plate against the guidance above. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Quivy in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Quivy and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
