We collect what we need to build your plan and run your subscription. We don't sell your data.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Interactive Hub SAS, operator of Quivy (quivy.fit and the Quivy app), Uruguay, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@quivy.fit
2. What we collect
- Quiz answers: your goal, plate type, speed range, how often you train, fitness level, available time, preferred time of day, and whether any listed safety considerations apply to you. We use these only to build your plan and keep it safe.
- Contact details: your email address.
- Subscription details: your plan, trial and renewal dates. Payment card details are collected and processed by our reseller Paddle, not by us.
- App usage: sessions completed, streaks and settings, so the app can track your progress.
- Technical and marketing data: device and browser information, and how you reached our site (for example the ad or campaign you clicked), collected through cookies and similar tools.
3. How we use it
- To build and deliver your plan and run the app.
- To manage your subscription and send service emails, such as your receipt and a reminder before your free trial ends.
- To send tips and product updates, if you agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
- To measure and improve our website, app and advertising.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run Quivy, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, for payments, taxes and receipts.
- Our hosting, email and subscription-management providers.
- Advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta), to measure which ads work. You can limit this through your device and browser settings or by declining non-essential cookies.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
5. Health-related answers
If you tell us a safety consideration applies to you (for example pregnancy or an implant), we use that answer only to show you a safety note and adjust your plan. We don't use it for advertising and we don't share it with advertising partners.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while you have an account and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal obligations. Quiz answers from people who never subscribe are deleted within 12 months.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under US state privacy laws such as California's), you can ask to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Write to hello@quivy.fit and we'll answer within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
8. International transfers and security
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
9. Children
Quivy is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, let you know by email.
