Refunds and Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked.
Free trial
New subscribers get a free trial of 3 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.
How to cancel
- Use the "manage subscription" link in your receipt email, or
- write to hello@quivy.fit from the email you subscribed with.
Cancelling stops all future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 14 days of any payment, including renewals. No questions asked.
To request a refund, use the link in your receipt email or go to paddle.net, or write to hello@quivy.fit. Refunds are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and go back to your original payment method.
